Where We Ship

Unidiol ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available. If you would like to be notified when international shipping opens, email info@unidiol.com.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Timelines

Standard shipping delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days from ship date, depending on your location within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free shipping thresholds and promotional shipping offers may apply as posted on the Site.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond expected delivery timelines or appears lost in transit, contact info@unidiol.com within 30 days of the order date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where warranted, reship or refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@unidiol.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
